Research Center Socials
As part of my internship at the University of Lynchburg Research Center, I have helped run the Instagram for the Center along with our very talented intern, Emma Timberg. I have helped record, edit, and brainstorm content for Instagram. Since I have started working at the Center our follower count has grown by 30% and our average views have increased by over 400%! I also helped launch a new content series called "Research Highlights" where the Center highlights research that students and faculty are conducting! I also helped the Center launch its TikTok. We chose to launch a TikTok as a way to reach a more younger audience and as an outlet to post more fun content. I have attached an example of one our posts highlight one of the research presentations we put on.

Audience Analysis
The biggest project of my internship at the Research Center has been conducting an audience analysis. This is the Center's second time conducting the analysis; the goal is to gather student attitudes and beliefs about research on campus. This analysis was able to receive 50% more responses from students. This gives the Center more valuable data to work with. I was in charge of rolling out the analysis and analyzing the data. I used social media and email to receive responses. The end goal of the analysis is to present the data to the deans of the University and help create a website that connects students with on campus research opportunities.

Play It Again Sports Instagram
When I am not in class or at the Research Center you can find me at Play It Again Sports Lynchburg where I work. Along with helping customers, I help run the store's Instagram and Facebook. My fellow employees and I create fun content with a viral potential to highlight our great deals and merchandise. Our content is frequently reposted by the Play It Again Sports corporate Instagram.
